About Vivati
Vivati is a private legacy platform. Features may change or be updated over time. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated responses. By using Vivati you accept this.
What you can do
- ·Use Vivati to record your own voice, stories, and memories.
- ·Share access codes with people you trust.
- ·Delete your account and all data at any time.
- ·Give us honest feedback. It helps us improve.
What you must not do
- ·Upload recordings or content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- ·Attempt to access another person's Vault without an access code.
- ·Use the Companion to impersonate a living person maliciously.
- ·Use Vivati in any way that is illegal or harmful.
- ·Share your account credentials with others.
Your content
You own everything you upload and write. By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to store it, process it through our AI services, and deliver it back to people you have explicitly shared access with. We will never share your content publicly or sell it. When you delete your account, that licence ends and your content is deleted.
AI-generated responses
The Companion is powered by AI and draws only from what you have recorded. It can make mistakes, misrepresent things, or produce unexpected responses. The Companion is not a substitute for grief counselling, therapy, or human connection. If you or someone you know is struggling, please speak to someone who is truly there with you.
Limitation of liability
Vivati is provided as-is during this test phase. We are not liable for emotional distress, data loss, or any other harm arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after notification means you accept the updated terms.
